  • Each weekly delivery includes a selection of fully prepared, nutrient-dense meals designed to support postpartum healing and ease.

    At this time, Mother’s Table provides 2 days worth of meals per week, thoughtfully prepared to offer deep nourishment during your postpartum recovery. As the business grows, the intention is to expand offerings to support more days each week.

    You can expect a balanced combination of:

    • Main meals

    • Nourishing snacks

    • An herbal tea or functional sip

    Meals are designed to be enjoyed across those days, with flexibility for your rhythm and needs.

    Additional portions for partners or family members are available upon request, so the entire household can feel supported during this time.

    Everything is prepared fresh and designed to be gently reheated and enjoyed throughout the week.

  • Mother’s Table operates on a limited, waitlist-based model.

    Families are invited to join the waitlist during pregnancy. As your due date approaches, I reach out to confirm availability and secure your place for postpartum support.

    This allows me to provide a high level of care while working with a small number of families at a time.

  • Deliveries are made on a consistent weekly schedule. Currently, deliveries take place on Wednesdays (subject to change with notice) 

    Meals are prepared fresh and delivered directly to your home, ready to be stored and reheated as needed.

  • Meals are primarily delivered in glass containers to support both quality and sustainability.

    These containers are collected at your next delivery and reused as part of an ongoing cycle reducing waste while maintaining a clean, elevated experience.

    At times, select items may be provided in biodegradable, fully recyclable containers when appropriate, ensuring both convenience and environmental care remain a priority.

  • Meals are designed for ease during postpartum.

    • Store meals in the refrigerator upon delivery

    • Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the oven when possible

    • Items may be placed in a freezer but we just ask that you use your own containers to prevent breaking. We prefer that all items be eaten fresh but should the need arise, we’d be happy to guide you in the process of thawing and reheating depending on the dish (or dishes) you’d like to freeze 

    • Due to time and space, we do not offer frozen meals

    You’ll receive simple guidance with each delivery so everything feels effortless.


  • Meals are rooted in postpartum nourishment principles, focusing on warmth, digestibility, and nutrient density.

    I do my best to accommodate common dietary needs and preferences. Specific restrictions can be discussed during the planning phase to ensure meals feel supportive and aligned.

  • Rather than counting calories, Mother’s Table focuses on providing balanced, nourishing meals that support healing, energy, and recovery.

    Meals are designed to include:

    • Adequate protein for tissue repair

    • Healthy fats for hormone support

    • Carbohydrates for energy and nervous system stability

    • Minerals and micronutrients for replenishment

    This is nourishment that supports your body as a whole.

  • A rotating weekly menu is created based on seasonality and availability.

    Menus are shared in advance so you can see what to expect and feel connected to the meals you’ll be receiving.
